Assistant Manager (Reconciliation)

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2-3 Years and above
Type: Full Time
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Should be able to have a complete grip on the data and reconciliations.
  • Should be able to manage the reconciliation team
  • Should be able to close the reconciliations in coordination with client’s
  • Formulating the reconciliation plan.
  • Discussion of reconciliation plan with clients and obtaining their buy-in on the detailed approach
  • Leading the reconciliation project

Skills Required:

 

  • Proficient in using a MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
