Roles & Responsibilities:
Must have 5+ Years of relevant experience in Finance Hiring (Internal Audit, Valuation, CA, CS, Statutory audit, Indirect Tax & many more) recruitment.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with various Job Portals (e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri.).
- Excellent Computer and MS Office Knowledge
- Good Negotiation and presentation skills
- High on Accountability and ownership
- Good Team Handling and client handling experience
- Ability to Willingness Board, CXO and Leadership mandates.
- Team Responsibility Hiring, Coaching, Sourcing, Scheduling and Productivity
- End to end recruitment management
- Build a long- term relationship with Leadership candidates and clients.
- Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance
- Client Relationship Management (CRM)
- Key Account Management
- Database cleansing and management
- Team handling
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer etc.)
- MIS & Dashboard Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports
- Client co-ordination and ensure their high level of satisfaction.
- Maintaining all MIS and be updated with the latest affairs.
