Roles & Responsibilities:

Must have 5+ Years of relevant experience in Finance Hiring (Internal Audit, Valuation, CA, CS, Statutory audit, Indirect Tax & many more) recruitment.

  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with various Job Portals (e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri.).
  • Excellent Computer and MS Office Knowledge
  • Good Negotiation and presentation skills
  • High on Accountability and ownership

Skills Required:

  • Good Team Handling and client handling experience
  • Ability to Willingness Board, CXO and Leadership mandates.
  • Team Responsibility Hiring, Coaching, Sourcing, Scheduling and Productivity
  • End to end recruitment management
  • Build a long- term relationship with Leadership candidates and clients.
  • Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Key Account Management
  • Database cleansing and management
  • Team handling
  • Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer etc.)
  • MIS & Dashboard Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports
  • Client co-ordination and ensure their high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintaining all MIS and be updated with the latest affairs.
