Roles & Responsibilities:
- Time Management, Scheduling, Calendaring
- Coordination and managing meetings with different organization
- Response Management (Calls, Emails, Social Media)
- Travel Coordination and arrangements
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Documents management
- Bridge between the managing director and employees for work related query
- Preparing documentation of reimbursement and other related things of MD of the company.
- Good Report writing & Advance Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
